Jearold Robinson

Jearold has extensive experience in the convenience store and fuel industry, leading large‑scale construction, development, and maintenance programs across multiple states. At Valero, he played a key role in expanding New‑to‑Industry store development, managing project teams, architects, engineers, and multi-million‑dollar remodel and new‑build programs. His leadership helped grow Valero’s annual store development from under 10 sites to over 50 per year.
Before CST, Jearold managed maintenance operations for 280 Valero retail locations across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. He oversaw technicians, dispatchers, vendor networks, and location budgets while advising senior leadership on asset management and capital planning.
His combined CST and Valero experience reflects deep operational knowledge, strong project execution, and a proven ability to support growth in the retail fuel and convenience store industry.
Since launching Spinoff Construction in 2017, Jearold and his business partner have grown the company into a trusted provider within the small retail and convenience‑store industry. Their team has delivered projects for major national brands including Valero, Driven Brands, Murphy USA, Twin Peaks, Texas Roadhouse, and many others, establishing Spinoff Construction as a reliable partner for retail development and construction services.
Alan Stavinoha

Alan began his construction management career in 2005 with Morris Contracting Group, overseeing ground‑up builds and major hotel remodels valued between $7M and $25M. He expanded into the convenience store, fuel, and quick‑service restaurant sectors in 2010, managing new construction and remodels for Valero, EZ Mart, and Flying J fueling stations. His expertise deepened as he led multi‑state remodel programs for Valero sites across Texas, Colorado, and Arkansas, giving him a strong command of retail fuel operations and fast‑paced C‑store environments.
In recent years, Alan has played a key role in growing Spinoff Construction, helping expand its footprint into 12 states and supporting projects for national brands across the convenience store, fuel, and restaurant industries. His background reflects a blend of technical construction knowledge, operational awareness, and the ability to manage complex, multi‑location programs.
